Surabaya, Indonesia – September 17–21, 2025 — PT OVM Prestressing Technology Indonesia actively participated in the National Seminar on “Environmentally Friendly and Sustainable Construction Industry”, held in conjunction with the Indonesia Building Technology Expo (Indo Build Tech Surabaya 2025) at Grand City Convex, Surabaya.
The event was officially opened by Mr. Emil Elestianto Dardak, Vice Governor of East Java, underscoring the importance of sustainable development in Indonesia’s construction sector.
One of the keynote speakers, Prof. Ir. Priyo Suprobo, M.Sc., Ph.D. from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya, set the stage with insights into the future of sustainable engineering.
Representing OVM, Mr. Benitto Binno, S.T., M.Sc., delivered a technical presentation titled “Corrosion Protection in Prestressing Systems”. His session attracted strong interest and lively discussions, reflecting the growing awareness among industry professionals of the need for durable, resilient, and environmentally friendly construction practices.
Through this participation, OVM Indonesia reinforced its commitment to delivering advanced solutions in prestressing technology that align with the nation’s sustainability agenda and support the development of long-lasting infrastructure.
